Born and raised in Galveston County, Mrs. Donna Marshall-Payne is a proud first-generation entrepreneur and the visionary CEO behind Doing Far More LLC.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Donna spent over 11 years in the financial industry, consistently ranking among the top 10% in sales for her region. Her success in Corporate America was marked by excellence and determination, but after reaching the limits of that world, she chose to step out on faith in 1999 and pursue her true calling: building something of her own.
​
Since then, Donna has earned multiple certifications, licenses, and honors, continually expanding her expertise and influence. What began as a single vision has grown into a multi-dimensional company offering insurance, business-to-business financing, and marketing services, now serving clients across 42 states.
​
Her entrepreneurial journey has also led to the launch of The Doing Far More Show, airing on Roku, Amazon, Eyeconic Television, YouTube, and Apple TV; the creation of DFM Clothing Line; and the founding of The Doing Far More Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and raising awareness about Triple Negative Breast Cancer — a cause that became deeply personal after Donna’s own diagnosis in November 2022.
